Cancellations, No Shows, Upfront Payments & Refunds
All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened faulty items should be made aware to us at admin@simplybrazilian.com.au immediately for assessment.
To cover business and staff costs we do have a strict No Show & Cancellation policy in place.
No Show, Late Cancellation or Late Change fees apply and will be taken from the upfront payment or a fee will be added to your next appointment. We do ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change to avoid fees. We try our best to confirm your appointment 1-2 days prior with a text, call or email.
